I am a new customer, but thus fare, I am very pleased with my Space Shop experience. I wanted a space with indoor, climate-controlled, secure storage, and that is exactly what the Space Shop provides. I stopped by one day and spoke with Eric. His customer service skills were amazing. Y’all do some of the most amazing work at this location. It’s such a vibe when you walk into the office. The energy is always on point and professional. But the patience y’all have is impeccable. Every little thing in my storage unit is very sentimental to me and y’all understand. Y’all two show up everyday no matter what and keep your customers happy. This was one of the greatest storage unit experiences. I was here for almost two years and everything about it has been awesome. The property managers are always pleasant and take care of anything needed immediately. The property is always clean. There was one occasion where the gate was broken for a bit but the building was still secured. The gate was repaired quickly and at no point was I concerned about safety of myself or my belongings. I appreciate the actual temperature controlled units. Temperature and humidity were kept in perfect range. I’m sure I will use this facility again for my storage, packing, and moving needs.

Eric the office manager is amazing he’s always informative and accommodating. Need more like him he has great Customer Service skills.

Very personable and DEFINITELY takes pride and ownership in the way she manages the facility. The unit I selected seemed to have had Christmas decorations stored by a previous renter. After securing the unit and finishing up the paperwork, I pulled my car around to start unloading. By the time I’d reached the unit - Erica had already gone upstairs and swept up the small drops of decorations!! THAT little attention to detail is what spoke VOLUMES to me and assured me that I’d made the right choice! Don’t delay…call Erica TODAY and secure your unit!?

Just the fact that both of the staff were so attentive to their customers it truly made a great impression on me because customer service is very hard to come by nowadays. Laurie, the property manager is quite amazing, you cannot ask for better service as she is very kind, professional and welcoming. The facility is well-lit and the facilities security is top notch, consisting of surveillance camera's and code activated gates and doors. The site hosts a variety of climate-controlled storage unit for all of your storing needs and the prices are very reasonable. I never thought I would write a review for a storage unit, but Laurie provided the BEST customer service that I’ve seen in a very long time (on par with CFA! ?) and I just had to sing her praises. Beyond a clean & safe facility that made me confident to rent storage from, I can’t speak more highly of my experience with the staff. My husband ordered a smaller unit and when it was halfway filled, I began to worry that we should have gone with the larger unit. Laurie walked me through ideas for better organizing our smaller unit before we ultimately needed to upgrade to the larger size - which she made a very seamless experience for me to upgrade. During one of my most stressful weeks of 2020 (and you know how that whole year was a dumpster fire), Laurie was a calming help when we quickly had to empty our home after it was sold. Overall, I am very happy that we found such a great place to do business with and would definitely recommend it based on my experience with Laurie.

Once I arrived they walked me thru the entire process and gave me a tour of the facility. A few days after, Cory gave me a call because my unit wasn't locked and was empty. I just hadn't had a chance to move anything in yet. Sorry for the scare Cory, I appreciate you making sure nothing went missing. I highly recommend the Space Shop.

This location just opened in my neighborhood and my husband and I could not wait to check it out. After talking to Laurie and Cory we were ready to move in; they are awesome. We moved out of our previous storage facility quickly. Great price, convenient location and since it was new we got first pick on our storage space. We are only allowing one more week for them to get the warm cookies in before we do a picket line. Just kidding!!!!
