They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and even gave me tips on using the equipment. Kai’s professionalism and friendly attitude made all the difference, and I really appreciated the great service. This place is clean, climate controlled, well lit and staff is helpful. Hard to say all that about most storage facilities. The only downside is, you can only access the facility between 6a and 10p so if you’re storage visits are at odd hour or late nights, this may not work. The staff here is pretty helpful, especially Xavier. He really took the time to show me the facility, different sizes of storage units, and when I ended my rental, he even ran up to the unit to do the inspection instead of having me take photos. Xavier exemplifies good service! Hope your experience is as good as mine. Edit: the only way to make this place better would be if they had a section with 24 hour access and charged a little extra for it. eg: first floor, closest to the loading door.

In times of trouble, such as power outages, they're responsive and patient. We recommend this facility.

After I had TERRIBLE services from Uhaul, Mr. Corey made my day amazing and we didn't even meet in person. Due to Uhaul failure to giving me the truck on my reserve time, I was unable to store my items in the storage because I got to the location after hours. However, Mr.Corey went out of his way to contact my via phone to let me know it was okay to leave the uhaul truck there as long as I had a lock pad to lock the truck to protect my items( but they will not be responsible ) understandable. I truly apprieciate what he did because it was after hours and he kept in contact with me and call me back .. and I must admit I was not the best customer. Thank you Mr. Corey for putting up with me and taking the time to help me ... you deserve a raise and we need more people like you in the customer service roles. YOU ROCK COREY !!!!!!
