Where do I start. When I Arrived I was politely told the elevator was inoperable at this time and my unit unfortunately was upstairs as the staircase was the only option. I jokingly said to Mrs. Joann I'm in the 3rd qtr of life (my age) and that's not going to work. The concern look she had on her face was priceless and she said let's see what upgrade units on first floor might be available. We'll after looking and btw we were partaking in the cold bottle water she gave us earlier. We'll to make this story short lol. They were running a special online on the specific unit sizes and the upgrade unit I got wasn't part of the promotion. But there again Mrs. Joanne let I will ask her boss about what she could do and get bk to me asap. It wasn't even 2 hrs and I received a email from you guess it Mrs. Joann saying she got me a deal. She got us in and out of there and all squared away with a very nice, climate controlled, very clean and upscale storage unit. I am VERY particular, and I chose this place because it is perfect! From the cleanliness, the friendly, welcoming and upbeat staff, the location, the entry options, this is the best storage space I have ever seen; the absolute cleanest too! I love that! When I placed my online reservation for a storage unit here I was initially just impressed with the prices. Upon making my way into the office I was immediately greeted by LaKiesha-the location manager. Keisha couldn't have been more attentive or kind. The place is brand new, it's immaculate. There are many surprise amenities onsite and Lakiesha was more than happy to take me on an impromptu tour. She really is the star of the place. She felt more like a friend than someone I was getting a storage unit from. After the tour I was guided to my unit and she filled me in on last minute details. I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. I've had a few storage units in my life and this was by far the best experience and it was also the best deal by far. Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with a representative of Space storage named Lakeisha when I arrived unexpectedly she was very professional, and assisting me but in addition she was very personal regarding my specific need. I explain to her that though I had moved 30+ times in my entire life the move to Atlanta was different. I found myself crying about how uncertain I was & if this was the best move at this time in my life. She set aside her professional hat & shared very encouraging words that gave me comfort that wasn’t required in her job description. It takes a very special person to know when & how to communicate effectively. Honestly for one moment I thought “this move is crazy” & I considered driving my things 8 hours back home but her words of inspiration gave me the comfort, strength & support that I needed. She was informative, helpful in making my move less stressful & very attentive. She is the example of excellence & a great representation of outstanding customer service! Thank you LaKeisha for going over & beyond the call of duty & just showing compassion while remaining professional. ???
