Moving is stressful. Packing stinks. But getting a storage unit here is easy peasy! The staff is friendly and helpful, getting us the unit that is perfect for us! The space is clean and it doesn’t smell like air fresheners-a big plus for me as I’m pretty sensitive to smells. I love that there are wheeled carts to help with getting stuff in and out of the unit.

We are in the process of selling our home and rented a storage unit at Space Shop. The storage unit is great - brand new, large and brightly lit with easy access to the loading area and a great security system in place! I met with Laurie on 2/22/24 after having called in on 2/21/24 to inquire their space sizes and costs. She was most helpful sharing the available sizes that I thought would be what met my needs for storage. In the time after I met with my family gathered my son and grandson and by 6:30 tonite we had emptied on of my previous storage space and moved into a 10 x 30 space at Space Shop. I'm thrilled to have found a new home for my special items and also to have a great person at the helm at this location. Thanks Laurie for making my decision and move with ease and trust.

Nice Experience. Easy booking. Prices are great. Booked online, was followed up with by phone call letting me know documentation to bring. I arrived as stated, and the personnel were very friendly, courteous, and spot on. The inside was very clean and well lit. They showed me my unit, and my name was on the door already! There are carts available right at the doors, with a good security system, and they showed me how to access the spaces with my codes. The tour was well done, and timely. I don't have a negative to say at all.

I walked in to the Space Shop late on a Saturday afternoon, after frantically making multiple reservations online. I knew walking in there I had a complicated situation, and could only hope that The Space Shop had the available storage units to accommodate all of my stuff, and quickly. When I walked in, Laurie immediately greeted me with confidence that she could handle whatever I threw at her, and a smile. Her can do attitude, along with her knowledge of her own facility, and the corporation as a whole, reduced my anxiety tremendously. She asked all the right questions, to find the best solution for me, for both the short and long term. Her help was invaluable. During the short time it took to get me into the system, we chatted a little, and realized we had a few things in common. Laurie is not only an amazing property manager at The Space Shop, but she's a warrior. Our community is a better place because she has joined us. So not only did she get me set up quickly and efficiently, she took my payment (which was extremely reasonable considering the space I needed, definitely the cheapest in the area, hands down, by far), but she was also able to secure spaces VERY close to each other on the first floor of the facility! I was extremely thankful for that! She asked if I had locks for my units, and I did, which we discovered didn't fit as I thought they would, but I knew I had locks that would fit, at home. Instead of requiring me to purchase a lock, she allowed me to borrow one for a day or two, until I could get my own locks situated on my units. This saved me yet another charge, that other facilities would have gladly charged you the extra to purchase their locks. She then walked me to my spaces, showed me around the facility, and even told me which side of the building would be busiest. Overall, my decision to rent storage space at the Space Shop, initially was driven by the very discounted rate for an inside first floor climate controlled storage unit, I was pleasently surprised by the service I rececived. Laurie always had a smile, and a solution to any curveball I tossed her way. In my book, she hit a grand slam home run! Thank you Laurie, you've gained a loyal customer for all of my storage needs. Now let's discuss business related storage......

Where the true 10star review comes into play is when you're greeted friendly and courteously as soon as you walk in. I was fortunate enough to have Emily take me through the check in phase and show me the access code and the storage unit and explain all the details and followed it up by making sure I didn't have any questions before leaving......Moving SUCKS and Emily made this part of the journey Absolutely Amazing!!Thank You!!!! I'm not someone who usually writes reviews, but this time I had to make an exception. I went to this storage facility to get some some information for my daughter who is relocating here. Upon arriving I was greeted by Laurie & Emily. Laurie certainly knows her profession and took the time and effort to answer all of my questions. Then Emily offered refreshments (warm fresh baked cookies and coffee). These gals made me feel at home and addressed every concern. Once we have the exact move date scheduled, we will be leasing with Laurie & Emily hands down.

I just started renting here when they opened; the storage center is clean, well-lit and secure. I’m a young woman and I felt safe when I was at their facility. Each tenant gets a key code that is required every time you go in and out, and there are cameras everywhere. Their customer service is also great, they made it easy from start to finish with minimal interaction needed!

The facility is extremely nice, and the office responds promptly to emails. I had an issue one month where my debit card was not working and they gave me lots of notice that my payment for that month had not gone through. My unit was on the second floor and was easily accessible by elevator. They provide carts that you can borrow to move your stuff. The only reason I vacated the unit is because my friend needed to store some stuff and wanted to split the cost of a larger unit with me, but wanted a cheaper option, so we moved our stuff to a place that is less nice but a little less expensive also. I can definitely see why there is a difference in price. If you have nice items that you want to store indoors at a stable temperature, this facility is great. I never worried about my stuff melting or suffering water damage. I also super appreciate the color scheme as I love the color green. TL;DR: It is a clean, secure facility with friendly, responsive staff.
