I don't go out of my way to write reviews often, good or bad, but had to make sure I stopped here to give a shoutout to Don'ta at this location. I try to make as informed a decision as possible whenever I have to spend money and the reviews here definitely led me in the right direction. Don'ta was the picture of excellence for customer service and making sure any questions I had (even ones I hadn't thought of!) were answered. It was a smooth, straightforward experience. He was a pleasure to deal with, and someone I will send others to without hesitation for their storage needs.

Teesha helped me understand every step of the process and made sure it was something I actually wanted to do before signing any papers. I Initially I had another scheduled reservation at a different storage unit trying to see which one to go with. But this location....I was so happy my spirit led me to this one! Its nice and clean the office atmosphere is soothing! Joanna was supppper nice and attentive. She made sure she went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs was met. She was fast, efficient and gave excellent customer service! Her smile and warmth lit up the Whole room, after a hard day of moving all morning!!!! LOL. I will most def recommend this place to anyone if you need a long term or short term storage.

They had a promotion going on and they ensure i was on it and that made my day. Now i was able to store my belongings for an affordable cost. The King and Queen at the desk got ne to relax and then they handled the situation like two James Bond Agents. This us what CUSTOMER SERVICE is and always should be. The team in Conyers is vere very welcoming and PROFESSIONAL they knew the system inside out. They applied pressure and got to quick resolution. I was Educated during the process too. The other Location should follow suit of the Leadership and guidance of Joana and Christopher.

Took me a minute to find but so worth it. The site is very nice with its neutral colors. And IT SMELLS SO CLEAN. I’m happy to have found a place that doesn’t look or feel dirty. They opened not too long ago and I was so excited to store my stuff in a place where I know they maintained the property. I spoke to Joanna the property manager when I visited. She assured me my items were going to be safe there and protected from the elements in climate control. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for storage and a great deal
