The facility is extremely nice, and the office responds promptly to emails. I had an issue one month where my debit card was not working and they gave me lots of notice that my payment for that month had not gone through. My only issues are small ones regarding the rate and size of the unit. The rate was advertised as $51/month for a 5x5' unit, but when I made the reservation it was corrected to be $61/month because of a required $10 monthly insurance fee. I would likely have chosen to go without insurance had that been an option because the belongings I was storing were mostly clothes, furniture, and miscellaneous housewares. I also do not see what would have damaged my belongings short of an earthquake or a fire because it is a very nice facility. The insurance went up to $13/month at some point and I suspect it had something to do with business ownership changing hands as the invoice email for the month when it first went up to $13/month had "FORMERLY LIFE STORAGE" in the subject line. My 5x5' unit was not really 5' by 5'. It was more like 4.5x3.5' (my boyfriend and I measured it at some point, but it wasn't a huge problem, and I do not remember exactly what the measurements were). I imagine if we included the door and measured to the deepest corrugations on each side it would be akin to 5x5'. Again, it was not really an issue. If you have a large furniture that needs a specific dimension, they let you see the unit before you commit to it, so just bring a measuring tape. My unit was on the second floor and was easily accessible by elevator. They provide carts that you can borrow to move your stuff. The only reason I vacated the unit is because my boyfriend needed to store some stuff and wanted to split the cost of a larger unit with me, but wanted a cheaper option, so we moved our stuff to a place that is less nice but a little less expensive also. I can definitely see why there is a difference in price. If you have nice items that you want to store indoors at a stable temperature, this facility is great. I never worried about my stuff melting or suffering water damage. I also super appreciate the color scheme as green is my favorite color. TL;DR: It is a clean, secure facility with friendly, responsive staff.

I rented here for about 6 months, the storage center is clean, well-lit and secure. I’m a young woman and I felt safe when I was at their facility. Each tenant gets a key code that is required every time you go in and out, and there are cameras everywhere. Their customer service is also great, they made it easy from start to finish with minimal interaction needed!

This is an amazing storage facility! It is always clean, safe and convenient. You have the nicest people working there-helpful, friendly and man they know their stuff. Becky helped my son figure out what size storage we needed. I was going to go with a smaller unit for my son but after hearing his needs, she suggested one larger and she was right! We are telling all his friends at RIT to go to this storage facility and most importantly, ask for BECKY!!!

Very satisfied and feel very comfortable with the staff here. Becky and Kathy are very professional they treat me with kindness, courteousness and respect and care about any of my questions or concerns I may have about the facility or my storage unit. I feel like they take care of me like family. The rental process went smoothly and in the months that have passed since, all has been fine.

First and foremost I would like to thank Becki Romero for providing wonderful customer service and taking the time out of her morning to accommodate me regarding my storage space. Drew just started there recently and was very polite and if he didn’t know the answers he told me that he would look into that for me instead of guessing. That’s excellent customer service!! I can go on and on. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a climate controlled storage facility.

I loved this storage place. We have got a storage unit of 17x15 for a two bedroom apartment and our things fit perfectly there. 1. Staff is very friendly and gave us complete info of what we need. 2. Temperature controlled units. 3. Online payment option. 4. Trolleys are available. 5. Secured. 6. Wasn't that easy to access but lifts help.
