I first inquired about renting a space and spoke with Cini. She was so super helpful. She listened to my concerns and then picked out the perfect spot for me. I've started to move my things into it and the place is marvelous~! Carts are available to be loaded at your vehicle to bring your stuff to your storage unit, and there are many entrances so you should find one close to your unit. Best of all, some of them are under overhangs so if the weather is not so good, you can unload out of the rain and snow, if we ever get any this year. It really is a big, beautiful facility and is temperature controlled, too. The prices are also very reasonable, especially when you compare them to the units that are not environmentally controlled. Lastly, Cini was exceptionally helpful in answering all of my question without ever pushing to 'sell' anything. I like where my stuff is. You should consider them, too. Oh, by the way, I'm just a new customer. Not an employee, friend of anybody that works there, and not paid to say this.

She was friendly and helpful, she went over everything I needed to know, and she answered all my questions. Also, they have done a GREAT job transforming this space from what it formerly was. I only came to drop off items for a family member. The facility is a former Giant Eagle and is very clean. They provided flat-bed carts for our convenience which was nice. My daughter assured me that security cameras were everywhere so her things were secure. I don’t know about how safe she felt. Security was circumvented when she could leave the doors open for extended periods of time to allow movers to leave and reenter without a passcode. Convenient yes. Safe personally nope.

Hello to whomever reads this. I gIve SSSS 5 Star rating for several reasons: 1. The building is located close to my home. 2. The price is affordable for the space I'm renting. 3. The place is clean and has climate control, so you know your items are safe from weather and pest damage. So I do not plan to keep the storage space for long. I may change my mind though, because I like what I have, and am satisfied.

I unfortunately can’t say the same about skyler she seems to get irritated when you ask for her help as if she was doing something better even though she wasn’t and the way she talks to people is mean and she has no manners unfortunately, there will be times where I see her and say hello but all she does is give me a dirty look and walk right pass me. Great host who helped me move on from Life Storage, where they stopped using my up to date CC and claiming I had not been paying. They had my unit marked for auction and I’d not gotten any communication that something was amiss for two months. They are stealing peoples stuff for no reason. I imagine how it would be for folks who don’t have the resources at the end of the year to react quickly and it makes my blood boil. I am thankful to find space here and a caring team to help me forget all about the bad guys (Extra Space)

Our nonprofit agency has rented space from Space Shop Self Storage for up to three company vans. We made that choice due to continued vandalism (can we say catalytic converter theft?). The secured parking in the interior space was just what we needed to protect our vans. Definitely worth it! The staff, particularly Lyndsey, are very responsive to calls and emails. You can pay your invoices with automatic payments or by month online. There is no long-term contract; you can go month-to-month. I highly recommend Space Shop Self Storage.

This faciity has mice! We were very happy until we went to move out and discovered that mice had gotten into a plastic wrapped mattress and made a home on the inside. This is a known problem by management (there are traps all over the place!), but they refused to do anything to reimburse us for our loss until we pushed it. Then, they refunded 1 month's rent, which is nowhere close to the cost of a new mattress. I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility because the rodents make it not safe to store anything there. If you do choose to rent here, make sure whatever insurance you get covers rodent damage. Ours didn't, which made the outlay worthless.

She was very clear about the pricing, promotions, and policies of the property. She also took the time to show me the units before I rented and helped me determine which size was best for my stuff.
