Off to an amazing start. The employee went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to find the perfect unit for us to hold our valuables. Very friendly and so sweet. Explained how everything worked and made sure I was able to access gates and lock my unit right away. She even set up the auto pay so I won’t have to worry about that either. ^_^ I really like the setup and the fact that it’s a controlled temp environment. The cameras and on site vigilance is a perk too. I really can’t brag about my first experience enough. I will definitely recommend this facility.

10/10 it's the cheapest around from what i've seen and the spaces are clean and tidy, such a convenient location and the staff (namely Andrew Moore) are so helpful and friendly. this is the first time i've rented a space like this and he answered all my questions thoughtfully, and he helped me figure out a bunch of little things without making me feel stupid. 100% recommending to my friends who have similar storage needs, i thought things would be more convoluted but the whole moving process is so easy, i like the fact you can buy locks and boxes in the office and how you can park indoors while unloading. and i didn't know how clean they kept these places, i expected at least a little dust or grime somewhere, but everything is so clean, it's very welcoming.

The staff takes pride in there jobs and there are awesome. If I have ever had a issue the staff took time to explain in detail their answers. I like that the storage is warm and dry in the winter and cool in those hot summer days. My girlfriend feels safe there at the my storage area. From the safe key code entry, to staff watching camera,s. Your personal stuff is in good hands. The staff patrols each inch of the building. They take time to make sure your items are protected.
