We've had two different units over 10 years. The staff was helpful when we needed to move into a larger unit, and they are helpful and knowledgeable when we've needed to rent trucks or had other questions. In times of trouble, such as power outages, they're responsive and patient. We recommend this facility.

The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. They alway take care of me and my Storage Unit.

Kim, Tab, and Lisa know me and made me feel safe using the property. They always wave and acknowledge when I come to get or drop off equipment to my unit. Regardless if you bring the truck back early, if they check it in late they will charge you automatically for 2 days. I feel like it's all a scam that they use to make extra money because most people probably don't double check their receipts!

After I had TERRIBLE services from Uhaul, Mr. Corey made my day amazing and we didn't even meet in person. Due to Uhaul failure to giving me the truck on my reserve time, I was unable to store my items in the storage because I got to the location after hours. However, Mr.Corey went out of his way to contact my via phone to let me know it was okay to leave the uhaul truck there as long as I had a lock pad to lock the truck to protect my items( but they will not be responsible ) understandable. I truly apprieciate what he did because it was after hours and he kept in contact with me and call me back .. and I must admit I was not the best customer. Thank you Mr. Corey for putting up with me and taking the time to help me ... you deserve a raise and we need more people like you in the customer service roles. YOU ROCK COREY !!!!!!
